As the sole owner and director of Prestige Pave & Resin, Luke leads the company with a hands-on approach and a clear mission: to deliver exceptional paving and resin work, always with honest service and a commitment to community values. A third-generation tradesman, Luke grew up immersed in the industry, learning from a young age and developing a deep respect for quality craftsmanship.

Luke founded Prestige Pave & Resin in March 2024, combining traditional skills with a modern focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency. Whether he’s meeting with clients, overseeing projects, or getting stuck in on-site, Luke is dedicated to ensuring every job is done right.

Strengths: Leadership, problem-solving, and setting high standards for workmanship.

Favourite Part of the Job: Seeing a driveway or path that’s not just functional but also exceeds the client’s expectations.

Fun Fact: Luke believes that hiring two administrators means he’s finally free from paperwork. Julie and Alison would beg to differ!
